fog lights and high beams on together??

fog lights and high beams on together??
I want to be able to have my fogs on and my high beams on at the same time. With my other cars, it was as simple as swapping two wires or running a jumper. What's the trick on the '03 Imprezas?

its pretty simple in fact. they have instructions somewhere over on www.scoobymods.com
