I have done it in my 2004. It is pretty easy, just takes time. search this page for instructions. Get some windshield sealer (can get it from any auto store) for safe measure to reseal them. I did it about a year ago and they have never fogged.

I don't think you're supposed to do it for the '02. Run a search and all the answers to your questions will be revealed!

Lots of people have "baked" their 02 lights. Not a problem if you do it properly. Follow the DIY threads here and at NASIOC.

there are threads on here if you do a search, but i heard you put lights in oven at 400 deg F, i think not sure about that temp for about 15-20min...then you go buy some sealer to reseal the light...i havent attempted it on my lights since i have jdm lights, but ehhh i dont mind a few flashes

here is link that alex put up on modding beam pattern for jdm lights

i baked my 04' headlights at 200 deg f for 10-15min.

i think 400 deg F for same amout of time would be overkill. you just need to heat up the sealant a little so it gets soft.....to put it back together all you have to do is smash the housing back together and bake it again. then push it together flush. dont worry its so easy!

Don't go overboard... 200 to 250 degrees for 10 minutes is enough to melt the tacky stuff holding it together. Remember to bake and not broil.

The safer route is to get your hands on a heat gun and use that. It's easier to moderate how much heat you're using and you can easily aim at only the parts you want to heat up (the silicon sealant). I used one to help my roomate put some Audi HID's in Accord headlight housings. Worked perfect, not even that messy. It's not terribly expensive to get one, and I've heard of places that rent chainsaws and such that would probably have them.

That should help if you want to find a heat gun.

I did mine and it wasn't too hard. There's actually a good tutorial on how to do it at clubwrx.net. Of course, the PVC piping is optional.
Here's the link: http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/showthread.php?t=14169

Here's what mine looks like after doing the mod.
