Angry Exterior Sun & Heat Damage

My silver 02 WRX is approaching 2 years old and is already starting to show serious exterior sun damage. So far I have noticed:

1) tiny holes/pockmarks in exterior soft rubber areas, such as the trim around doors

2) "black adonized" areas on exterior (small black triangle behind rear side window, small black piece on rear front fender) are rapidly turning gray

3) headlight plastic is becoming "crazed" and slightly opaque; clear areas of tail lights as well

4) black trim on rain gutters and between doors is fading

5) black side skirts are now gray

I have no covered parking at work or at home, currently -- and as you can see I live in Arizona, the state with more days of sunlight per year than any other. Here's my question: are there products out there that you have used which help to prevent this sun damage? Is there any way to restore the condition of the damaged exterior rubber? What other steps should I be taking (besides regular waxing with a synthetic wax) to prevent this from getting worse?

I'll attach some pics later.

HEY USE BACK TO BLACK FOR THE BLACK TRIM AND SIDE SKIRTS WUTEVER IS RUBBER. AND ALSO DO A NICE CAR WASH. FOR INSTANCE, err sorry for the caps i was playing CS. ok

Quality Car Wash ( i use meguiars gold class)
Clay Bar ( i use meguirs, but **** expensive)
And meguiars has 3 step paint care process.
Paint Cleaner, Polisher, Swirl Remover, And then qulaity wax. And your paint with the rubber treatment should look new. The headlights and stuff use plastic cleaner, which also i use from meguiars lol, and use a random oribitla buffer. and it should help. I use buffer for all of it. But i use like 10 applicators. One to put on and one to take off. 2 for each product u use. I do this whole process about every 4 months. Cause of the harsh weather i live in so cal.

have any questions ask

Does anyone have experience with products like these? There are so many choices, I'm not certain which ones would be useful or stand up to 110-degree heat...

what i explained should be sufficient, if you go to the Meguirs website they offer a profile dpending on where u live and the conditions. thats where i got mine. You should check it out. I always keep a car cover in the trunk just in case i have my car outside for long periods.
