Last night was the first true experience as I was on the interstate at 1am. It's nice, so nice that I had people no wanting to pass me because of the amount of usable light. I never got flashed so the aim is good.
I was a little tired at the end of the drive, and I did notice some things. The sharp cutoff did cause some eye fatigue, reflected light off of road-side signs was really bright (depending on the color of the sign it could hurt).

Great job on this! We've got bi-xenons on our 4Mo Passat and love 'em!
Did this bi-xenon mod actually retain the original functionality of the bi-xenons to move the frame out of the way to eliminate the beam cutoff when the high beams are enabled?
