06 2.5i Headlight - What is that bulb above the high beams?

06 2.5i Headlight - What is that bulb above the high beams?
I was wondering if anybody knew what bulb that is above the high beams? And how the heck do you remove it? It seems like you may have to take out the headlight enclosure itself in order to change this bulb ...

is the parking light, when u turn on the parking light above ur steer wheel that light and tail light comes on
