Periods. Commas, like so. Colons: if you're adventurous. Semicolons; oh goodness what a thought.

Hook it up, see if it throws a cel, plug in the access port, and go from there. Cake. (Ooh, punctuation!?...Fancy.)

If that car isn't already custom tuned for what's on it, then you should not have bought it.

Cake? I used to make cakes. They were ice cream cakes. They'd melt unless I paid attention to them. A car won't melt. But it'll splode if you don't pay attention to it, or know what's going on under the hood.

@subaruujohn Define modded, vis your car. If you have trouble laying out what's been done to it, I'd hold off on any more changes. Ordinarily an intake wouldn't merit a tune however.

Definitely should not have bought the car. A CEL is not a fail safe, it's telling you there is something wrong with the car. You jumped into a mess that you weren't prepared for. Never mod or buy a modded car when you are in over your head.

Oh brother.

Could you start with the punctuation, like I said the first time? We get what you're saying, but it takes a minute, and after that you're just dropping lingo.

There's a lot of overlap with cars, yes, but then there's Subaru-specific, and defintely things you need to be aware of when changing around the ECU. It's not just drop a rom in there and power up - only when carefully done right does that happen.

This is in the name of your safety and that of others. If we wanted to just troll, we have that in gross excess here.

Fyi, I have an Accessport, but have not used it, at all, as I want my car to be mechanically sound first, and after that I'm doing a custom tune. Better for the car in terms of safety and shear HP exacted.
