To play Devil's Advocate, why is cost the determining factor on tune quality? I have had free tunes that were better than $400 tunes...hell I have a free opensource tune on one of my cars now and it is great 
Check the vendors section, and do the same on NASIOC. There are quite a few tuners in the area...if you are cheap, go to romraider.com and openecu.org. DO it yourself

Heard good thing from friends who got tuned with TP ..Tourque Performance..But never tried it myself. Im EQ tuned. I like to know my car WILL run good with my set up. Each car is diff even with a tune thats made for that specific car and year. Each car will react diff. But like i said i havent heard bad thing for TP. Im just **** and hate having the WHAT IF though in the back of my mind.
