Lorenzo, even with your idle valve fully closed you are getting a little air past the throttle body flap.

I remember that your throttle body was bored out a little and there was a small gap between the flap and tb walls.

Just a theory:
your ecu knows that the idle valve is fully closed and still idling high, it is probably constantly adjusting your ignition timing and injector pulse to compensate.

It also depends on the tune and where the idle is set.

1k isnt really high with 1000cc injectors and bigger cams, you should want it to be 800 rpm.

iʻll keep that in mind....

But i do want to clean it because of the 2k RPM @ start up.

that also is pretty normal...as long as it drops within a minute
