WTB: idle air control valve

WTB: idle air control valve
looking to buy one locally, used, and relatively cheap as a new one is EXPENSIVE... i'd hate to buy it brand new and have the same issue.
did a few searches and it seems like half the people who replace it have the SAME issue and half RESOLVE the issue.
i'm throwing a p0519
IDLE CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION (FAIL-SAFE) --
DTC DETECTING CONDITION:
Immediately at fault recognition
TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
Engine keeps running at higher revolution than specified idling revolution
CAUTION:
After repair ore replacement of faulty parts, conduct CLEAR MEMORY MODE and INSPECTION MODE
