let me know, i wanna get another one too.
If you're under warrenty take it to the dealership and see what they say, this is one item that just goes out sometimes. Not because of mods. Do a search on here and Nasioc for p0507 and p0508 (idle system circuit low).

Yeah it broke my wallet too.
Pissed me off because I spent a lot of time and effort cleaning the broken one only to find out it wasn't stuck, just broken.
Stupid piece of $240 stepper motor complexity...

I have an 04' WRX, but iNfeK told me his 03' 's IACV was built differently entirely. All he had to do was clean his, I had to replace mine. So possibly the 02-03's have a better part, but same part number.
*shrug*
in3g_wrx: is yours an 03' ?

well my motor is a 02 and i had to clean the **** out of it. also had to replace the gasket that was the key! also when cleaning make sure you use carb cleaner since it has lubricant in it. i did however add some wd-40 as well but be careful since it's flamable.
i cleaned mine for hours and tried many times but the result was the same. eventually i have to replace the gasket but in the mean time i used silicone gasket and it did the job.i also waited the full cure time...
good luck... i did do some research and did spread the word about the cost of this thing. i did notice a BIG difference in material between the 02-03 and the 04+ IACV
