I'm not sure if I believe it or not, but I know Washington has a WRX and just got an Evo. Those are unmarked, was the STI?

Nope, that STi is in full State Patrol badging from head to toe. Its the REAL deal... hell even check out the licence plates which are true Colorado State patrol only plates
