Where can I view the list of approved HPD cars?

 

Because my coworkers don't believe me when I tell them that cops in Hawaii can drive Impala SSs, Z28s, 4runners, etc. They don't believe that they can drive imports especially.

 

There are Camry's, Forerunners, Altima... Maybe even a Pathfinder or two?

Hey if they can drive 6cyl mustangs and old thunderbirds they should be allowed to drive almost any modern car.

By the way is an H2 approved here??? I know they've been trying to push them around the country

That car is meant to patrol our big highway here I-70 which runs from one side of the state to the other at 75-85mph speed limits... it is meant to pull people over in the flatter sections like out east and out west where it is straight and flat and easy to get up to 100+
