what is the number to the Recon Place?
I got a ticket for having aftermarket wheels and tires and I need the Recon Permit people number so I can see if you really need recon for aftermarket Wheels and tires...

How big are your wheels...your wheels can be 2" bigger in diameter without recon last I checked...
We have idiots running around assaulting people, burglaries, car thefts...and certain, not all cops, have to tag people for stupid things like this...dumb.

If it's 1.5" bigger than stock diameter, then you need recon. Gay... well, good luck.

why not 1.375" Who comes up with these standards huh...
so, must mean Lorenzo above probably has a WRX which came with 16" wheels and he upped his wheels to 18" on his car...wow, how trivial and lame...

Forumshawaii is down right now but I called them and they said if it 1.5 inches bigger than stock you need recon....What the hell is 1.5? i don think there is 17.5 inch rims. But what I don't understand is that both of you Recon tickets I got was when I was sleeping. 3 weeks ago I woke up to a Recon ticket on my windshield. And this morning I woke up to another one on my wind shield...Can the cops give me a Recon ticket while my car is parked?

search tirerack.com, and you'll see 16.5" and 17.5" tire sizes in their selector...
