Somebody busted out my window while I was at the movies and stole my backpack with my MacBook Pro and big jambox in it so if anyone hears about someone selling these items and it seems suspicious please message me.

I had my 04 sti broken into in a supposedly "secure" parking structure...I'm sure the data was more important to you than the macbook itself...

I didn't recover anything nor did I get any results from the police...I would go and begin the material recovery process from either your homeowners or car insurance...

Sucks...

 

Yeah man it sucks, I had all the pictures of my son growing up since I haven't seen him most of his life and other important stuff on there. Would full coverage insurance pay for stuff stolen?

The cop told me that apparently the mall parking lot gets hit a lot by a bunch of kids, what's sad is I parked right under a street light thinking more visibility were turn thieves away but I guess it just made it easier for them to see what's inside. My alarm went off thank god because I had a lot more expensive stuff in there that they could have stolen but probably got scared when the alarm went off.

It happened at the windward mall on the theatre side, I had to pay out of pocket for a new window( thanks gieco) and obviously I won't get any of my stuff back. Thanks for the concern though

 

Not the Windward Mall! Damn...that's my neck of the woods...

In the past, shady security personnel were involved...car thefts...

Hope this isn't starting up again...

Out of sight out of mind...yeah...when my STI got broken into...they stole my Accessport too...that sucked!

 

Dam I'm in the Windward side and always go to that mall.

Thanks for all the concern guys! And yeah the cop told me it's been getting bad over there due to a bunch of kids breaking in to cars, I can't believe they stole your accessport man especially since they can't use it

 

Thats how stupid these guys are...had to buy a new accessport, put my car in a transistion mode...send my new AP back to cobb, pay them to re-initialize it...shipping both ways...yeah, it was a mess.

Other than them saying that it's getting bad on the Windward side...I want to hear what they are doing about it...I've never known anyone to have anything recovered from an auto break-in theft...this really sucks.

We need to setup a "bait" car...

 

My friends and I were talking about going to the same spot at night and putting something that looks nice in the back seat and just wait in the shadows for someone to come looking haha

 

thats sucks .. some insurance companys will cover that kind of stuff.
