18hr just called to verify if you can get high flow(above 550cc) Low impedance injectors from RC Engineering that are "drop in's", and the answer is yes, for $180 something a piece, ready in 3 to 5 days.

Sitting on the toilet tonight I was reading an older issue of some ricer publication... The ESX subaru 750 kit uses 800cc injectors too.

I think Nino forgot me and my package deal; he hadn't called me today. Hopefully Richard@advtechsport will come through.
I received my turbo today. The thing is huge compared to the stock turbo. I'll try to post pics tomorrow night.
As far as the supporting mods.. I am purchasing fuel rails tomorrow. I made an offer on a MRT fmic; the guy said he'll get back to me in a few days if nobody else offers; I'm crossing my fingers for this one. I'm counting on Rich@advetechsport to come through for injectors and a fuel pump. I'll wait till Vishnu releases the Xede.

Yes, you will Have to have some kind of ems. You "could" get the STi injecotrs still, but you'd be limiting yourself quite a bit. But either way you go, STi's, 650's, 800's, 720's, 1000's, .... you have to have some sort of engine/fuel management.
Mitch, did it say what kind of 800cc injectors they were using?

Aw Shet! I thought I could running everything without engine management. I probably won't install until well after my vacation.
Possibly after summer.

Make sure you have engine management! My VF30 is blowing my STi injectors up to 100% duty cycle at 6,500rpm at 19psi of boost!

Everyone, thanks for informing me. I feel like an a$$ now for not knowing I couldn't run this set-up w/out an ems. I'll post again after I do all my homework and save myself from embarassment.

it's always going to be a learning experience, and by asking us, I can assure you you'll get some good information (and if any of it's wrong, it'll be corrected). Just be careful who you listen to out there .......
