Recon crack down

Just talked to a friend that works with the recon office. It seems they are cracking down more on recon. Fines are now up including illegal tint running $287 per window! Maybe they're just trying to freak me out but who knows.

On a lighter note, think this guy needs recon?

Just this week alone 3 people I know got tint tickets. They have all removed their tint and changed to legal tint.

Yep as for the recon crackdown, I was told the same thing by the recon inspector, while I was there the other day.

I think the crack down is the work of the new Cheif, He said in an article in the Advertiser (?) that "Little crime, (ie. recon, speeding, etc... ) " leads to bigger crime like auto theft, and other crime. He quoted some corelation. Sounds like he wants to use the Rudy Giuliani method in Honolulu.

Nah he'll just give them a one way ticket to hawaii, like Rudy did. Or wait just put them all in Aala park.
