PopUp Blocker Woes

I have:
Google popup blocker
Yahoo popup blocker
and PopUp Ad Filter popup blocker.
I still get that f*cking Papa Smurf, Blue Pill and some other f*ckin popups.

This is goddamn rediculous.

I must have something embedded in my computer software.

Have you used a spyware removal program like Ad aware?

I use this program, it does a good job. Not so sure if it will clear out the papa smurf, etc... Its worth a try.

Agreed. If you're running Win2k or WinXP you may want to disable your Messenger service as well - some nutty advertisers are broadcasting through Messenger!

You may want to get Spybot. It's a program that will search your comp (files and registry both) for any type of spyware. I run it weekly, & find things here & there all the time. It's free, & you can d/l it from download.com
