id say do it at subaru or a highly trusted shop thats aimed towards subarus in your area.
Personally, I would avoid chained companies like jiffy lube as the workers usually are working with a set of basic "how tos" rather than knowledge about how to do things correctly.

if you are willing to drive and don't want to do it yourself, go to the dealership. i will avoid taking my vehicles to anyone if possible cause people DO NOT treat other peoples car the way they do their own. i'm with everyone when choosing not to go to jiffy or quick stops cause I've seen way to many instances where bolt stripping is blamed on the person who owns the vehicle. who in their right mind will check to see if it to tight when they leave a quick lube place? once you leave the lot, "it is your fault".... imho, the quickest place to get it done is by yourself, on your own time. putting the money in for quality oil vs paying someone and doing it yourself is where its at. GO WITH SUBY DEALERSHIP in your case. As far as oil change interval...... to each his own, the manual states to get it done by x months, x miles. it does not state "DO NOT CHANGE OIL BEFORE XMONTHS/X MILES. I personally don't like metal shavings from break ins to circulate in my system and would change it after the first 1k miles, 2500 miles, then 5k miles. I would use some mobil 1 full syn being as that i wouldn't be going that many miles on it. at the 5k oil change use amsoil till about 8k and send it to black stone to see whats up. then send in follow up samples at 9k mile change and one after a 13.5k mile mark just to check out consistency of readings. sounds pretty ****, but a few hundred dollars here and there to ensure a 28K$ machine wont take a **** on me early. As far as the stories you hear about mobil 1 and burning oil, you should have no issues with that being as that its new vehicle.
Buy the oil and buy me a Monster and Ill change your oil. I live in Waikele and will drive to meet you.
I used Mobile1 in my last two engines and it worked outstanding. I only rebuilt to throw in some Pauter rods(built by COBB). I have pics of my dipstick after 100*+ Oklahoma weather and 3k+ mileage to justify how well it works.
