turbo'd cars are 3,750 in the book.... we reccomend every 3k or 3 months which ever come first
for non turbo cars it states every 7,500 miles or 7.5 months.... we recommend every 5 months or 5 thousand miles which ever come first due to our stop and go driving and extreme weather conditons (humidity & heat also stop and go driving)

Really?, when I bought my '13 WRX, the salesman told me that I should change my oil every 7,500 miles. Maybe you could point him in the right direction. I myself was planning on changing it 3-4k anyway, just because it is so easy to do. I can PM you his name if you want to let him know, I would rather not throw out names.
open your warranty booklet.... turn it to the maintenance page..... read part that states it for turbo.... and you will see your saleman was WRONG the only iclubbers that sell subys are at waialae... thats me & joe

Car Info: about 30 miles a day
Like I said depending on what you drive you may not need to until 7.5k. Not everyone drives a Wrx or Sti and some of the low displacement NA models are fine up to 7.5k. The Lexus CT200 hybrid for example is recommended every 10k. Just depends on what and how you drive.
