Paintless Dent Removal day!!!!

hey when you guys called beau did he return your guys call at all?
i dropped my car off on friday and he said to call back in an hour and a half to make sure he can can get my dent out since it was alittle on the deep side. so when i called back he said that we should wait off b/c he needs a heat lamp to make sure the paint doesn't crack. he told me to pick up my car and he'll get a lamp from a friend the next day. when i got there he said he had an appointment at 11 on saturday but i can drop off my car at 2pm. so the next day i get there at 1:50pm and waited for one and a half hours with three phone calls asking where he was (i left a cell number for him to call) with no response. my last phone call asked him to give me a call back so we can arrange another time. i left both a cell and pager number. as of now i still haven't hear from him.
was your guys experience better than this? from what i've been hearing he does do a good job but at least he can return phone calls to apologize.

hey brent, i wouldnt worry about it, he is just very busy and not that organized, i went down to his shop the other day to let introduce him to one of my friends to get an estimate, i saw your car, it was pretty deep! well he said he was kinda afraid to crack the paint, but i'm pretty sure he won't cuz subaru's paint is pretty strong. just give him a call again at night times, and if anyone else wants dents removed, give him a call! i've been hearing some very good prices:banana:

HOLY CRAP.....Talk about back from the dead. This tread is 7 Years old!! LOL. Anyways, I'm down for another dent day.....I have a few dents I want to take care of.
