if you guys are on talking terms talk it out.... i would say in my court experience i have spent over 8k to get where im at today...... worth every penny just it would make it so much easier if all can be agreed upon before you get to where im at. and you can also get it as a agreement in mediation which would only cost you 75 bucks and since its in writing its a binding contract if you ever went to court

Dam **** 8g's where am I goning to get that kind of money better off buying a gun and shoot myself.
I would have to talk to her but I hate her so much I cant even look at her with out thinking of what bad things I would do to her. I dont even know if she would agree to this... We parted in bad terms so its hard to know what she would say, if anything it might scare her or she will fight over it.
I dont even remember how or why im paying medical also. I could have been $340 richer every month.
FML...!

it doesn't matter. both shaggy and I have and are going through similar things that you're going through now. Though it may not seem that way we're trying to help you and protect you souse the info we have given to you and do your homework bro. It is a lot of money so I'd suggest doing what shaggy mentioned.

If she's willing to cooperate then it won't be that bad. BUT if she won't agree then things can get a little messy. It's a fair shake to have you alternate every other year. Good luck
