Last case scenario, you could lower your tire psi... SUPER low. This will give the illusion that the suspension is articulating when it's a combination with the tire sidewall flexing. GL!

Just got done with RECON bout a week ago and it was a breeze. I got BC coilovers and forgot to set them to the softest setting. Inspector was pretty cool about it and made me fix it on the spot. Passed the bounce test. As far my headlights went, I opened up and took the amber lenses a while and he did not take one look at them. Lastly, he made me remove my sticker I had on the window and finally gave me my RECON sticker. As far as your suspension goes, good luck with that. Even with me adjusting it to the softest setting, I still couldn't push it down the required amount. Luckily my brada with me was there. (315LBS Big Hawaiian LOL) one push and it was passed. Good luck
