I would call them for sure just to let them know that you know that the problem existed. I mean it was a easy fix just not necessary on your part and additional moneys was spent on top of the steep price Cobb has on a pieace of exhaust pipe the should have fit "correctly" but I am only one person and these are my thoughts..
