Help

I got a check engine light today so I pulled over and made sure the oil was still in the engine. It was so I very slowly drove it back to base and plugged in my accessport. It read code P0011 and P0021, saying cam over-advance or system performance on bay one and two. Does anyone know what this means? Google brought me to the nosac or what ever its called web site where a guy was talking about how he changed the O2 sensor and was getting blue smoke after jiffylube oil change (go figure). I'm not getting any smoke and the engine seems to be running fine. I'm at a lost here I don't know what to do. Anyone have any advice.

maybe your timing belt jumped 1 tooth and you are running with your cams slightly advanced? never seen those codes before though.

or you may have a slight blockage or broken screen in one of your intake camshaft AVCS solenoids.

Only thing I adjusted was the idle. Was with a few other subbie guys and they said I should adjust the idle. So I bumped it up from 650ish to around 750. Ran it like that tonight not too hard but had no problems at all. No warnings no trouble with anything.
