Help

I've run out of ideas and I'm anxious about doing any damage.

These heads I bought have had the turbo oil return line removed and the hole plugged. The plug is aluminum and just won't come the **** out! I'm afraid of using heat. I've tried drilling on it but no dice. I've tried the vice grips with a breaker and they just tear up the outside rim.

It's the aluminum circle at the bottom center of the pic.

Dammit!

Tap a new hole elsewhere. Oil pan maybe or right on top the existing hole and drill right through the plug.
