yes there is such thing as freedom of speech. but with that being said this forum is owned and ran by someone that decided they wanted certain rules in effect. if i remember there is a disclaimer that we are supposed to read and agree to before receiving our membership here. with that being said that makes this a private club once you receive your sn. again yes it is an open forum but at the same time you can be banned for not following the rules.
with that being said for those that dont like the rules, go to forumshawaii i here its really nice there
