I wouldn't take my car to streamline they fuxked up my exhaust install and the shop looks like a junk yard. Overall I don't think they know what they are doing and they have been reported to Cobb. Check out these guys they are great and really professional and have a clean shop and nice waiting room.

They didn't hang it properly and forgot a bolt or didn't tighten it enough so it fell out in a week so their was an exhaust leak and the company I recommend fixed it. They also didn't put on the one gasket. Their were also rubbing issues too, but that goes back to the quality of work and ensuring their work.
Aside from this they work on your car in a driveway and not in a shop. I came back and saw they had the back of my car jacked up and were putting the exhaust on that way. This is supposed to be a tuning shop??? I mean come on jiffy lube or minus uses lifts. This place is a backyard rookie operation.
Here are pics of the place that day I rolled up!

sometimes the crapholes are the best places, sometimes not so much. if you weren't happy with their work and they refused to make it right then shame on them. that being said you saw the place before you left your car with them so you knew there was a chance it was the bad kind of craphole. still it's just a catback you don't need a lift for that or any experience. you should do the easy things yourself so you know they are done right.

hmmm....kind of hard to screw up a cat-back install...wow...kind of scary.
There are few exhausts that don't quite fit our cars right...I've been through many exhausts for the 02-07 WRXSTI's, Forester XT's, and Legacy GT's...
What exhaust did you have installed?
What year/model car? 05 STI?
Problems arise with certain downpipes/mid-pipe/axle-back combinations...sometimes, the mid-pipe angle doesn't quite fit right...the axleback portion sometimes doesn't clear the rear axle area very well due to the bends in the pipe, or lack of I should say...
I'm not defending Streamline as i do not use them...just sharing what I've experienced in the exhaust area...
Next time I would post up and host an install day...you'd be surprised how easy some mods are to install once you've seen it done...over the years, I've learned quite a bit from friends here and also by researching on my own...my 04 STI downpipe install started it all for me...
Also...what Justin above said...I have very few people I trust with my car...be careful who you let touch your car...Once you find a good mechanic...latch on to that person.

Nice...yeah, the duals take a bit of messing with to line up nicely...still, sorry to hear of your experience...takes two people to really line-up/tighten a dual system...unless you want a sore back like me going back and forth, up and down... fiddling with it...loosen this side/tweak/tighten...ugh, left side is still lower...untighten...you get my point...lol!
I've always enjoyed installing my own mods...plus, with the money you save on installation, you can save up to do other mods...

I have a 2015 Sti and it was a Perrian cat back. I used to have a 2005 but got rid of it a few years back for an M3 but once the 2015 came out I had to come back!!
