Brake pad recommendations?

Clean the metal thingies and lube the backs of the pads (not the fronts that would be both dumb and interesting). That may get the noise away...it does for me.

I really like the EBC RedStuff pads. Great initial bite, no noise, I can't see any dust (anthracite wheels FTMFW), and a good heat tolerance. My only minor gripe would be that they are somewhat hard on rotors. But hey, rotors are cheap and a disposable item too. I go through 2 sets of pads and the rotors are done.

i have some hawk HPS on my car right now and they seem to be good enough for the driving i do.....( daily driving/spirited weekend driving) it kicks up break dust but not a whole lot..... i hear porterfields r good and they have hardly any break dust
