For parts, almost all of us has been going directly on the internet for our parts. The prices are much cheaper and you get to find what you want, especially for your car which many local shops probably don't have things in stock.

For OEM parts, the obvious is going to Servco Subaru. I believe their parts department is located in Sand Island.

Here's a few vendors you might want to look into:
Subydude www.wheeldude.com www.subydude.com
Gruppe-S
Oakos Automotive
World One Performance

I've dealt with Subydude numerous times and they are the best in the business. Oakos and World One are also great the one time I've shopped from both of them.

stay away from gruppe-s

oem go see Rick at subaru this is his number 808-687-7615 they are located near the airport or try subarugenuineparts.com

Check out nasioc.com clubwwrx.net iwsti.com scoobymods.com

Look at the vendor sub-forums for parts this is how u find the best prices.

Ask questions before you dump money into your car. This will save u money and time. There are a lot of smart, good guys here that can help you out so dont be scared to ask the old timers and gurus.

and remember you have to pay to play....welcome to you new addiction

I'd hate to defend vendors I have no affiliation with but instead of saying stay away from this place, you may want to explain why. The truth is that Gruppe-S has been among the HIGHEST rated I-Club/Nasioc vendor for the last 5 1/2 years says much about them. Much longer than you have been around the Subaru scene.

Sorry but I had a vendor account through them before and have been to their shop. Also ordered half the stuff on my car through them before they moved to their current location. You right at one point they were on the ball but those day gone. There are better vendors out there like MAP and import image. Go on nasioc and check out the vendors mentioned above and you will see ridiculously high positive reviews.

Thanks for the clarification.

Sounds like a reverse of Vivid. Never heard good things about them on the Subaru scene but then Porsche, MB, and other forums LOVE them? Strange.

For OEM stuff Jamie rules. http://www.subarugenuineparts.com The shipping listed on her site is high, but she'll ship USPS flat rate if you ask.

i used my work email (@navy.mil) and she asked if i was military. when i said yes, she upgraded the shipping for no charge.

kinda upset me though when i asked if they would have jdm parts and she said no. now i see the v-limited lip and exhaust finishers being offered. i guess when i first asked they were jdm, but not jdm only anymore.

also i asked if their front license plate mount used the factory holes (square). she replied that no drilling was necessary. too bad it still required screwing into the front bumper at the dimples. i just didn't use it and got the totsubo mounts instead.
