I'm coming over for a few days Dec 19th-23rd, and was wondering if there were any surfing instructors that wanted to make a little money on the side. Or if you have any recomendations on where to go for lessons, that would be helpful also. I only get over to Hawaii about once a year, so I'm not very good. If I can catch the wave I can get up and cruise straight in. I'm just tired of the same old basic instruction with total un cordinated beginners with 45 minutes wasted on the beach practicing standing up. I don't have any boards, just a suit and strong swimming skills. Let me know if anyone wants to show me the ropes. I would be more than happy to return the favor when you are visiting Nor Cal by getting you guys out on our tracks here in Nor Cal, like Thunderhill, Laguna Seca and Infineon depending on the track schedules when you are visiting.
