i don't know, the rear wheel of the truck came pretty close to that guy.

and yes, when you break fire hydrants off, water does come shooting out. at a construction site near my house, some truck driver backed over one, with one of those huge trailers filled with dirt and cement crap, and the stream of water was so strong that it was lifting the trailer off the ground, and making it "hover" if you will. talk about an enema!!
