Help with 09 WRX

i need to replace the bottom half of my turbo oil feed line. Can anyone tell me how hard of a job that will be or what tools will i need. I am in the process of moving to tools are very limited for me at this time. any help and/or guidance is greatly appreciated. Do i have to remove a lot of parts off my vehicle?

When you say bottom half. Are you talking about your oil return line? or is it truely your oil line on the top of the turbo? What is the problem to begin with?

the line was bent by the previous owner and it busted and yes it was leaking. its fixed now.
