nope. i dropped it off 2 weeks ago on friday they finished the bearings yesterday and now they said they have to take it apart because it wasnt the bearings it might be the gears so ill hear a call today about what they think and let you guys no. but i miss my car i have a new exhaust brake light tires and window tint waiting for it

starting to worry me now too. My clutch has always been stiffer than other 08+ wrx's and ittl creek here and there some subaru tech at capitol subaru said my clutch was so stiff it needs to be replaced. and they tried saying it wouldnt be covered under warranty. im at 31,000 too =/

Yeah my clutch is pretty stiff too, but don't sulk about it dude, I am going to get an ACT heavy duty clutch and lightweight flywheel! I haven't even hit 10k yet...
the only reason subaru wouldn't cover it is because it can be declared as a wear and tear item and argue it depends on how you drive your car and etc.

Yeah i looked at my warranty info went back and told them my clutch is covered as a wear item and they didnt deny it. jerks. my 2 year old niece could run a service department better than most dealerships out there.

Yup! EVERYTHING. To explain what always happens, they all stop what they are doing and peer over to see what pulled in haha. One of the guys who always helps me out tells me if I need any warranty work done, just remove what I have done that may be related to the cause and bring it in for warranty work. I needed a replacement battery since mine was completely shot and wouldn't hold a charge, I had HIDs on, which is a no no for warranty work and they said next time take them off before I come in. A great group of guys there is all I can say. haha
