If they deny we'll do a Def'Sik stealership takeover. Fill up all Their parking spots with our cars and leave zero room for their customers. In my experience, dealership service depts are run by a monkey in a suit who is an advocate for the company, not the customer. I have no time for their holier than thou self importance.

walnut creek! ****in a holes work on modded cars all the time dp stage two with blow off valves but my my cars a different story i guess
I have already been kicked from one stealership, I'm down to try for another. If they don't cover it just drive you WRX through the front show room floor and let them take care of it from there!.......

Dude thats horse****, there is no way they can say that isnt covered. Even if you were doing 6k clutch dumps they cant not cover it because they have no proof you were doing 6k clutch dumps.
If they say they wont cover a mechanical problem contact SOA and then contact the consumer protection agency. DO you have the paperwork from bringing it in for the tranny. Even when I heard a rattle the dealership still did paperwork saying somethign to the point of "Customer is hearing rattle from front left area of car. Inspect... yada yada yada" If you have that and now your tranny is toast they cant say ****.
****ing Subaru stealerships are going down hill ****ing fast. Use to hear such good things about them and now their cheap asses are pulling **** like this. I could understand if yoru car had 50k miles and you had all kinds of mods and **** like that. BUt 22k and some suspension, tell them they can kiss your *** and you will be contacting the proper people through the proper channels to get it fixed. **** sucking dealership bastards.

I don't know if all the shops are on the up and up. I don't know how Subaru handles it either, but I know that many shops only get 1/2-2/3 of their regular labor rate for in warranty repairs and full rate from the customer, so some shops are notorious for declining in warranty work
ex :
San Francisco Honda, they cover almost nothing that's high labor even by very stock drivers (female friend of mine, her engine blew - she is super conservative but drives a lot of freeway miles to Nevada, declined said she was racing her new Accord, she never goes over the speed limit). I know of two other people that had similar issues with them.
Diablo Mazda, Walnut Creek, has a similar background of declining in warranty work (my very stock mazda started deting on the freeway, I pulled off immediately, had it towed and they accused me of racing my car...my 1.8 liter car....wonderful). I have several shops I would never take my car to for warranty work, IDK if there are similar Subaru places or not (BTW Subaru and Mazda of Walnut Creek are the same shop).
Good Luck
