Oil on turbo / oil loss. Help please?! (I wanna go to BAM!)

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get everything sorted out so I can attend BAM this year but I currently have an issue that has me like

Basically, my turbo is accumulating oil on the outside of it where the top oil feed line bolts onto the turbo. I've replaced the washers for the banjo bolt and now it leaks less (it used to smoke) but it's still leaking.

I've torqued the banjo bolt to 24ft/lb like my manual suggests so I don't think that's the issue..

Anyway, if anyone has ideas on what my problem is, I'd love to hear them. Definitely don't want to drive to the Bay leaking oil the entire way!

Much thanks!

I had my turbo checked out by Norm's (local Subie shop) and they said it was fine. I wonder if the feed line could be cracked? I did check it but could be a tiny crack?

I also need my idle figured out and I'm waiting to take my Foz to a tuning shop for that.
