Warranty Problems with my Exaust.

Warranty Problems with my Exaust.
I have a 2002 2.5rs, with 65k miles on it. My O2 sensors have failed and both of the cats are now plugged.
I have a muffler and resonator from 2002 WRX on my car.
The dealership that I went to said that because i have that muffler that I have voided the Exaust Warranty on my car and they are telling me that I will have to pay for the two new 02 sensors and the cat assembly.
I just want to know is this true? did it void the warranty?
If it did not where can I find the detail that it DID NOT, so I can shove it in my dealerships face.
