I've spent a couple hours searching and haven't yet found an answer, so I'll just go ahead and ask.

What is the stock exhaust piping size of a 97 OBS with a 2.2L? What does the system consist of? I'm going to assume that after the cat is a resonator and a muffler... Is that correct?

Anyways, my brother is going to go to my exhaust guy and have a cat back made up for his car. I was wondering what sized pipe would be best? I'm going to guess 2.25", but would a 2.5" system be worth it? Or is that too big for the 2.2L?
