I have a few questions:
If Header A (Borla style) uses less material than Header B(TWE style), will the universal price be effected in any way?
How many designs have been made so far?
Estimated price range?

Bends, welds, and difficulty of fabrication matter more than material cost. I wouldn't expect the cost of materials to be much more than $120-140 in decent quantities.

In my opinion, the sound on these videos don’t to the headers any justice. They sound perfect on the original cut, but the website cut kills them a bit... Just remember, they are a bit more throatier in R/L and they aren’t high pitched as the videos make them sound... I will get a better recording of the sound soon along with some of the other videos we made...
All in all, it will give you a good idea of what they sound like...

We Can make the race headers for the 1.8 and 2.5 as well... There just not tested like on the 2.2l... At least not yet... : p
