turbo back is from the downpipe to the muffler(including midpipe)...cat back is the midpipe and muffler i think......if its too late to cancel the exhaust then get a good uppipe/downpipe/BOV....if u can change the exhaust then get a GOOD turbo back

things other than turbo. with skill not being a factor. also based on you not going turbo in the future.
cams (cobb street runs 500 plus 400 core charge)
pulley kit (unorthodox if you're not putting in a stereo and have the extra money)
cold air intake (cobb for the extra 1-2hp over ganz and the $100 mark up to go with it)
headers (mrt or cobb equal length but, once again, only if you're not going turbo)
exhaust (usually with the equal length headers you have to get their exhaust or a custom)
rear sway bar (may not add power but, will improve handling tremendously)
front strut brace helps with the older rs also but, save it for later
new clutch and flywheel never hurt anybody outside of the wallet
