No, the twin turbo Legacy motor won't fit into left hand drive cars without MAJOR modifications. A single-turbo EJ20 will fit, however.

Just completely replace all of the exhaust, intake, and intercooler piping as well as relocate the turbo and find some space on the driver's side of the engine compartment for the other turbo. Oh, and the twin turbo motors don't make any more power than a single, it just sounds cooler to say "twin turbo."
