Idle control vacuum line
I just made a ganz look alike intake for the phase 1 motor. I have the tube and the fittings and everything but the only thing i need is a new vacuum line. I was just at autozone and told them that i need a 1" vacuum line and they looked at me crazy. Not knowing a whole terrible lot about cars, 1" sounds huge for a vacuum hose but thats what it is. It is located on the tube itself this is what it says on the website on locating whether or not you have a phase 1 motor
"and that there is a 1" thick idle control vacuum line that goes from just behind the MAF in the intake towards the throttle body."
Where can i get one and if i cant what other kind of tubing will work?
Thanks

I would go to you local Subaru Dealer... If they are like mine, they have anything Subaru uses on their cars...
I found this to be true, because I had trouble finding the Header Gaskets I needed to start the Header Project. I searched about 4 places and they all gave me the look your talking about.. The Duh.. Huh... Look... There just fricking gaskets dudes...
Anyway, I hit the local Scooby Dealer and they hooked me up in less than 2 minutes... I also got the parts cheaper than if I had ordered them online from one of the Mod Sites...

cool thanks for the responce, but all i did was rotated the tube and it worked ok with the stock hose its kinked a little but i fixed that so now all is good and now the car pulls and sounds like a beast. I used to have a dead spot now its smooth all the way to red. Well worth it IMHO And the sound coming from my magnaflow now is just so smooth and well it sounds tuned lol .
