help supercharged 1.8 where to hook up vacuum lines and idle control valve

hey guys im new to subarus but not boost . I put a m62 on a 1.8 to get the qwerks out before the 2.5 goes in . im running 4 to 5 psi with out engine managment just an intercooler to cool the air going in .
i have a bov that has a vacuum port top and bottom of diaphram, top is hooked to fuel regulator and bottom vacuum port i dont know where to hook it.
mass air flow is before the super charger so i thank thats right . but any help would be nice.
