HF Cat Pass Emmisions?
I am eventually going to get a High Flow cat... probably the stromung, and I was wondering... will it pass inspections and emmisions?

Casue a friend says it will but I dont know if I should believe him.

I would hate to be taking it off every year.

a HF cat MAY pass the sniff test, but not visual (not sure on exact PA laws) you guys really have smog every year though? that sucks
