Vishnu TBE SMOG Question
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am not a native Californian and the SMOG laws are a bit of a mystery to me (we have MOT's where I come from).
I am trying to sell my 05 STi. It has Vishnu Stage 1 with Signature TBE. This system does have a high-flow cat. Someone came to look at the car and told me I am responsible for getting it SMOGged before I sell it to them.
Can anyone tell me if they know this system will (or won't) pass SMOG?
Is there any penalty to trying and failing the SMOG test (ie can I just and try with the Vishnu system and if it fails put the original system on and retest)?
