I had an ACT street clutch and flywheel installed about 450 miles ago. When I picked the car up after the install, I had a squealing noise coming from the clutch at idle and while going through gears. I went back to the shop who put it in, but since they were my own parts, no warranty. I've been told I should have used oem subaru bearings. So it looks like I'll have to buy the bearings and spend another 400$ to have it all done again. This will add up to over 1700$ afer all is done. If ANYONE has had this problem I would really like to hear your experience before spending more$$$$ thanks. Oh yeah, when I push the clutch pedal in a little, the squealing stops.
