I got a 2.5rs and I ca't start the car.

The battery is new and all the electronic is working just fine but when I turn the key to the start possition all I get is complete silent.

I hope it's only a bad starter and not a dead engine.

BTW where is the starter located I want to give it a few knock to see if it will make it turn over a few more times so I can get it to the shop

 

OK I find the problem. It's the starter 100% because I use a broomstick to knock on the starter a few times and the car starts. I need to do that every time I start the car. Now I just need to get a new starter

 

Ya, I had that happen before, it was a dead starter.
