I just got a TBE installed on my 06 wrx and everything was going fine until I took it out at night. The car threw a cell, cruise light on and check engine light. I took the car back home and unplugged the battery, waited five minutes and hooked the battery back up and since then....no check engine light. Will this damage my car in any way? they also installed a cell fix with the invidia catless D.P so I dont understand how that happened? any input will help. Thanks

 

Did you pound it? well if you did you could be over boosting because of the catless down pipe. The wastegate on 06 and 07 have, i guess you could say sensitive. sense their is no cat it doesnt have any back presure causing to over boost. the right way to fix this is to get a ristrictor pill. ask a dealer ship. it cost like 10 bucks or something.

 

it's just overboosting, I would suggest getting some kind of tune, it will eventually hurt your engine...
