I have a 2002 WRX with a blown motor. I have purchased a 2004 STI engine/ecu. I want to use the AVCS. Do I have to use the STI wiring harness or can I use the WRX some how? My mechanic doesnt want to rewire the car if he doesnt have to.

I would try asking BAN SUVS. I've talked to him quite a bit about those sort of things. He used to work for Vishnu.

 

Im the type of person that pushes everything from his motor he can. I went a little over what she could handle. No big deal I never planned to keep the WRX engine. This happened 9 months ago and Ive had a tuff time deciding which route I would go. Boiled down to the EJ22 and the USDM STI. This seems like the better of the two options. The engine is getting built up atm. Ill be running 720cc injectors, APS SR50 turbo, APS Fuel Rail, Blitz F-Mount Intercooler, Headers, Greedy E-Manage, and etc....
