Yeh, I've looked at the Sticky, it's a very good comparison, but still wanna know what's the most popular one among all the STi owner.....

Hey guys, which oil you use for your STi motor, tranny, and diff? When did you guys start changing it after you bought the car? miles?

Left the factory motor oil in until 3k. Switched to Mobil 1 5w-30. As far as the tranny and diff's, haven't changed them but will use whatever the dealer puts in. It works well for me so I don't see a reason to change it.

Penzoil 5w-30 every 3750 miles. OEM '100' filter.

Redline 10W40 full synthetic oil, used it in my old WRX and now in my STi, it works really well.

I'm gonna change all the oils on my 05 STi, just bought it for 3 weeks, 1500 miles now...
