Which BOV for '05 STi???

I added more to my post above, please check it out. I think you're confusing things. An aftermarket BOV can close faster between shifts because of stiffer springs, thus helping boost *response* between shifts. It has nothing to do with it adding more air into the intake manifold between shifts.

Hey whoosh, if you can show me a dyno plot where a car gained something from a BOV I'll put one back on my STI...All the Blitz did for my car was make it hesatate and stall and some sound thats it, car ran worse and yes I tried adjusting the spring...Honestly unless your running more boost than the stock BOV can handle the stock one works perfect. I was running almost 18lbs on a stock BOV in a GSX Eclipse I had.

im running 18 lbs of boost with an eccutek reflash among a host of other mods, i never said anything about a horsepower gain, lol no , but i can tell you that my turbo response is much better after shifts, oh and yes i use a gfb stealth which can be vented both to the atmosphere or back to the engine and you can adjust the piston, im not sure if your blitz was adjustable, but everyone knows that a pure non adjustable atmospheric bov will make your car rich and even blow out flames
